Another Interesting Piece In Midtown...

Fitness and health peeps....there's another place to get your fix in the midtown area.  Just two doors to the right of Soho Gallery in Mohawk on Rangeline is The Hub, a great mix of yoga, cycling and Pilates along with some great custom coaching in each of these disciplines. The thing I like the most is that they have a terrific free app available for both I phones and Droids that gives you a moment by moment schedule you can use to sign up for classes. Check out their web site and you'll get a good sense of their opportunities which we'll all need as we approach the holidays and the start of 2014.
