Who We Are In 2013

2013 has shown several pretty significant shifts in our east Carmel housing market. First, the profile of the current homes for sale looks like this. There are 195 homes for sale currently in the 46033 priced at $128 a square foot or an overall average of $423,000. 

The closed sales market has grown in overall value, obviously a good sign for homeowners.  In 2012 534 homes had gone under contract as of November 21 while 522 homes homes sold this year.  Last year the average closed sales price was $322,622 with the average price rising to $335,033 this year. If 2014 continues the trend, we'll again see prices rising in east Clay Township.
