If you're a fan of the Huntington Bank branch at the corner of 146th and Gray, don't get too attached.  This building and it's grounds are for sale which means a move for the bank is in short order. For the low low price of 2.2M you can have this outstanding retail location where the bank now calls home.  At 2916 square feet that only makes it $754 a square foot.  Considering that east Carmel residences are selling for $111 per square foot in 2012, that's probably a bit salty for most of us.  Huntington has not specified where this bank's customers will be serviced from next.
