Guard Your Honda Element

The good news is that CPD has made an arrest of two individuals who confessed to being a party to the theft of catalytic converters from numerous Hondas in Carmel and Fishers.  The vehicle they were driving was one sighted in the theft of converters at Carmel High School last month.  The individuals were arrested at 116th and Meridian during surveillance on an Element in the parking lot of the office buildings.  There were also various signs of high character in the car like narcotics, controlled substances, syringes, etc. While it's great CPD has chased these two off the street, if you or someone you know has an Element, you may want to keep it parked in a safe place. Their converters are some of the easiest to steal and a huge headache to replace.
