East Carmel Virtual Open House - Housing Blog for 4.27.2012

Lightning strikes, peeping Toms and fresh Margaritas highlight this past week in east Carmel and in the midst of all of that, there was real estate being conducted.  The drumbeat of new activity just keeps getting louder and more proficient than 2011 which is good news for all. There are currently 215 homes for sale in east Carmel.  14 went under contract this week and year to date 164 homes have moved into escrow or closed, bettering the 141 homes to this date in 2011 for an increase of 14.15% of properties pending this year compared to last.  As always just point, click and go!
