Welcome to the weekend all!  Spring is creeping closer although with this week's cold snap you be hard pressed to tell.  It was a busy week for the housing market in east Carmel with 16 new homes coming on the market, six closing escrow and nine going under contract.  There are currently 214 homes on the market in east Carmel.
