Where Is It In East Carmel's Tuesday Location.....

We think this location speaks for itself and for those who have ever made that trip up Hazel Dell on a day when the wind was out of the east, you know what we mean.  In fact we would have made this last week's mystery location but the wind was out of the east.  Once upon a time when there was no Hazel Dell and 96th didn't go all the way through, no one even knew this was here.  Now...we ALL know....
