Sold properties this week were in Lynnwood at Plum Creek, Plum Creek Farms, Cherry Creek Estates, Cool Creek North, Brookshire Village, Wood Creek and Haverstick. 

Year to date 288 homes have gone under contract in east Carmel compared to 302 on 7/26 of 2010.  The average sales price remains above what it was last year which is the most significant statistic...more important than units of homes actually sold.  Value is returning and that's by far the headline to date of 2011.
