Clip of the day...it's not heavy rain until the Gray Road Pond appears:

An inch and a half or more of rain in east Carmel and the ducks are joining the neighbors for breakfast.  Fortunately it disappears as quickly as it appears for homeowners who live between 126th and Main Streets on the east side of Gray Road.
