I Think This Means It's Closed....

Some fairly minor road work is causing 
headaches in the 46033.  Lakeshore Drive East is closed altogether just north of 106th at the Woods Clubhouse as a new culvert is installed under the road to help alleviate some of the flooding problems along 106th Street.  This should get reopened late next week if all goes well...which as we know it never does.  Better plan on at least 10/10.

One if by land......

At first glance it might appear this Woodlands neighbor may be trying to find a way to beat the high gas prices but the gentle winds in Carmel are far too mild for that.  In reality this homeowner in the 11100 block of Lakeshore East Drive is actually offering this craft up for adoption at a very reasonable price.  This week there have certainly been several perfect afternoons to be on the lake....
