In these economic times we're always grateful to have more park space, no matter the timeline. This park just north and east of 116th and Hazel Dell will be completed in the Fall and have a playground, pavillion for public use, walking trails and plenty of parking for east Carmel residents. The playground area is actually pretty substantial. While the spider web like structure in the right foreground looks like something that many of us would find injury on, the kids will put it all to great use, we're sure. The parking areas and pavillion are pretty much finished now with some work still to be done on the playground and entrance areas.
