Fishing's Fine

While we wouldn't recommend frying up the bass you catch in east Carmel's water (this one came out of a very small pond in Lake Forest), there are still some nice sized fish for the catching. If you really feel the urge to turn one of these into dinner, please take them into a dark room and make sure they don't glow first.  Between the yard fertilizers and various other chemicals that work their way into our small bodies of water, fish like this are not a food source but still a nice relaxing way to spend a Summer evening. -Photo courtesy @titterlessgreg and @8thgradeJack
