A Lot Of Both.....

From hail damage roof signs to real estate sold signs, the 46033 has a big number of both right now. With last Thursday's (4/11) storms to a red hot housing market, Spring has heated up and is in full swing in east Carmel. We have barely half the number of homes for sale as one year ago coupled with interest rates in the 3's and 4's, it's become a seller's market in many cases.  There have been five homes put on the market in the last week east of Keystone that have gone under contract in less that 3 days.  After all of the pain of the 2008, '09, '10 housing mess, it's a pleasure to see it all bouncing back so well!
