If there is such a thing, the homes in The Trails are probably the most suited for the desires of incoming corporate transferees to Carmel and the last 12 months of home sales reflect that. The kitchen to the right is one we sold in The Trails and it hits the target perfectly. Medium color cabinets, granite tops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors...you couldn't have drawn it up any better. In 2011 there were 10 sales in The Trails compared to 12 in 2012. The average sales price dipped ($370K in '11 to $359K in '12) a bit but that's because the size of home getting sold went smaller in 2012 (3340 in '11 to 3100 in '12). The price per square foot, a great yardstick went up from $112 SF in '11 to $117 SF in '12 which was VERY healthy. If you've thought about selling and you live in there, this is your year. I have no less than 5 active buyers who are saying 'call me the minute you get one in The Trails.' I will...PROMISE THAT!
