Cool In East Carmel

This is version 3 of Cool in East Carmel. These are home amenities that I have seen and collected pictures of over the years. I've been privileged to help our neighbors sell their homes in the 46033 and these are the things I've saved in the last 20 years. This week's entry has a story behind it in addition to the actual picture. This door surround was in the northern part of the 033 and was built by a father/grandfather for his family when he came to stay with them one July. The family had recently lost their grandmother and her better half was visiting his family here and decided to exercise his woodworking skills. It was built from scratch some five and half years ago.
