I know it's not happy talk but some things still need to be front and center in our daily lives. This week CPD made several arrests that seem to be following the pattern of home break ins in Carmel. Personally I'm not buying that these teenagers were the only ones acting out on the neighborhood door knocking campaign that has victmized a number of people in east Carmel and elsewhere. We all need to continue to be vigilant as the CPD Facebook page tells us if you see anything suspicious in your neighborhood call CPD immediatly at 571-2580 or 911. Crime is up in our area from 2011 but if we look out for our neighbhors, we can help CPD catch the people who continue to perpetrate these crimes.
