During the month of May you can never be quite sure who or what will visitors you'll be seeing in Central Indiana. Saturday evening this dragon slid by just above the trees over east Carmel and up into northern Hamilton County. Apparently the thumbs up was for the perfect flying conditions that we enjoyed. If you click on this photo to enlarge it you can see what appears to be one lone gondolier leaning wayyyy over the side of this basket. While recreational bad judgement does occur sometimes in May in Indiana, the stretch of this balloon's operator out over the side made even the spectators below nervous. As far as we know, everyone got back to base safely which is more that we'll be able so say for some people along Georgetown Road this Saturday night.
