Apparently it's that time of year again. Temps go up and the bad guys are more active in east Carmel. Near east Main Street and Keystone Parkway there have recently been two reports of peeping Toms and last night a vehicle in a driveway was broken into with some cash taken and things left a mess. The homeowner thinks he may surprised the thief around 4:30 Wednesday morning. As ALWAYS, keep you eyes open for your own safety and that of your neighbors and if you see someone suspicious call 911 immediatly.
