While we'll have the FULL weekly housing update posted late Friday, here's the summary of where our neighborhoods East Of Keystone are as of 5/17. 211 homes are under contract for 2012, up from 183 on the same date one year ago. That puts units of homes sold in east Carmel up 13.3% from one year ago. Don't let anyone tell you there are still too many homes for sale either...active listings in the 46033 stand at 229, down from 251 on the same date in 2011!
