As if a bout of insomnia wasn't enough, members of an east Carmel family were sitting in their Family Room after 2 am last Thursday morning when their motion lights kicked on and they had a visitor staring at them in through a rear window of their home. This was the second such incident in this particular neighborhood near Main Street just east of Keystone Parkway in the last several months. Carmel Police were called and took a report but at this point no one has been apprehended. CPD did tell the homeowner that they had a report of a dimentia patient who was staying at a home in the area who was out walking over the previous several nights but there has been no confirmation of that. Bottom line is....if you see ANYONE that doesn't belong in your area especially late at night PLEASE call CPD at 571-2500 or 911 immediatly. To date, not one's been hurt but bad things get started with incidents like this. Hopefully this individual can be caught and the matter can be handled soon.
