Welcome to the weekend all!  Here's the new housing market activity for east Carmel for the week ending 4/20/2012.  There are 24 new homes on the market this week with 219 total homes for sale in the 46033.  We'll give you a chance to tour them in just a moment.  


Year to date summary: 2012 overall is showing improvement in our market. 145 homes have gone under contract to date in 2012 compared to 129 this time last year for an improvement of 12.2% of units of homes pended or closed.  The average sales price has increased over $3000 per home from the same time period in 2011.
