The housing market in east Carmel still can't decide whether it's late Winter or early Spring with sporadic activity being the pattern over the last few weeks.  80 degrees on Monday....frost warnings on Friday.  Who can figure out what month we're in?

Ten new homes came on the market since 3.30 so as always just point, click and go!  New listings are now online in Lynnwood at Plum Creek, Wedgewood,
Williamson Run, Settler's Ridge at Haverstick, Cool Creek, Lakes At Hazel Dell, Plum Creek Farms, The Woodlands, Lake Forest & The Maples.

Closed sales in east Carmel from 3.31 to the present include homes in Valleybrook,
Foster Estates, Cherry Creek Estates, Cherry Creek Estates #2, The Woodlands,  Ashmore Trace, Spring Creek, Briar Lane Estates & Glenwood. 


There are currently 215 homes on the market in east Carmel as our available inventory continues to grow.  To date in 2012, 114 homes have gone under contract or closed escrow.   On April 6, 2011 105 homes had gone under contract or closed for a difference of +7.9% in units of homes sold in 2012.
