East Carmel Housing Blog/Virtual Open House for 3.7.2012

We're giving you a twist to this week's east Carmel virtual open house.  The first section will represent all closed sales in the month of February in the 46033.  Then you'll be able to tour all of the new homes that have come on the market from 3.1.2012 to 3.7.2012.  So, on with the show!


Closed sales in east Carmel in February occurred in Brighton Woods, Grandin Hall, Smokey Ridge, Avian Glen, The Overture, Cherry Creek Estates, Ashton, Plum Creek Ridge, Cherry Creek Estates #2, Brookshire, Cool Creek North, Cherry Creek Estates #3, Stone Haven At Haverstick, Woodland Green, Cool Creek Estates, Spring Creek, Brookshire Pines, Quail Run At Haverstick, Cool Creek Estates #2 & The Maples of Carmel. 


NEW LISTINGS in the 46033 from 3.1 to 3.7 were in Valleybrook, Woodfield, Moffit Farm,  Delaware Trace, Cool Creek North, Settler's Ridge At Haverstick, Ashton, Mohawk Crossing, Bayhill, Foster Estates, Blue Creek Woods, Brookshire, Foster Grove, Stone Haven At Haverstick, Quail Run At Haverstick, Spring Creek & Briar Lane Estates. 


Year to date home contracts have also crept forward with 66 homes either closing or going under contract as of 3.7 in 2012.  On 3.7.2011 there had been only 60 contracts so the market is beginning to move forward. There are currently 199 homes on the market in east Carmel, 46033.
