Either Conner Prairie is testing the gear for the summer or the ghost of William Conner is playing a nice joke on a LOT of people along the White River today. This balloon which is based at the pioneer village usually just gets action in the mid year months but since Summer has arrived early this year we suppose the balloon has as well. This shot was taken over Lawarence W. Inlow park on east Main Street where we're at least 70 days away from the opening day of the water activities.
