Starting Slowly. Well at least there's a lot of people who WANT to sell their homes already in 2012.  84 new listings have come on the market since 1/1.  At the same time 26 properties have gone under contract compared to 34 during the first 70 days of 2011.  As always if you want the type of exposure which leads to dollars in your pocket please give the privilege of discussing your home's marketing.  Exposure like this graph demonstrates, shows where people are finding homes that go up for sale in the 46033.  It's all about eyeballs!  


Here's the latest list of properties to come on the market in 2012. All of these have become available since February 1.  A great new home has come up on 126th that none of us could find without a map and a Sherpa.  Other new listings are in Brooks Landing at Prairie View, Foster Estates, Woodfield, Smokey Ridge, Bayhill, Eden Estates, Smokey Ridge #2, Trails at Avain Glen, Brookfield, Stonewick, Briar Creek, Woodland Green, Spring Creek, Haverstick, Plum Creek Farms and Brookshire Lakes.  


SOLD homes include Smokey Ridge, Brooks Landing, 136th Street, Stafford, Bayhill, Ashton, Sycamore Woods, Smokey Ridge, Plum Creek, Trails at Avian Glen, Spring Creek (3) and Wood Creek.
