I've never completely understood this concept. The middle of an east Carmel field, minutes from a business or public restroom, just 90 feet from Hazel Dell Parkway and yet you have these two seats nestled under the nearest Sugar Maple. Perhaps it's the nearby softball field that requires it. Whatever the circumstance....a 100 degree day and a 2 foot by 2 foot enclosed plastic shed with a collection cannister at the bottom is not my idea of sanitation or positive sensory stimulation. Really....can't you make it anywhere else?
