Overall market data as of 7/5 found 307 homes active for sale in the 46033.  July 5, 2011 found 255 homes either pended or closed sales compared to 269 homes one year ago for a difference of 5.3% fewer homes sold in '11, not a bad number given last year's government stimulus.  The average closed sale price in east Carmel in 2011 is $324,960 compared to $321,671 for a slight increase.
