New listings this week were in Brentwood, Brooks Landing at Prairie View; Windpointe had a first and second listing for sale; Woodfield also had a first and second listing for sale; Cool Creek North had a first and second listing come on the market; other properties in Wedgewood, Moffit Farm, Smokey Ridge, Cherry Creek Estates, The Overture, Plum Creek Farms, The Lakes At Hazel Dell, Brookshire Lakes,  Plum Creek Ridge, Emerald Crest, Spring Creek, Haverstick, and finally Eden Village.

On the market just 27 days, this EastOfKeystone.com featured home sold on Killdeer in The Trails At Avian Glen by Greg Cooper and Dick Richwine.  Sales also occurred in Cherry Creek Estates, Mohawk Crossing, Woodgate, Sycamore Farm, Cool Creek Estates, Haverstick, Brookshire Village, Waterford, Brookshire and Briar Lane Estates.

There are currently 306 homes currently for sale in east Carmel with 240 either in pending or closed status to 6/28/11.  One year ago on 6/28 there were 249 homes sold.  As we've stressed in the past, considering the significant push the first time home buyer's credit inserted into the 2010 market, 2011 is faring very well with no government intervention.
