Search East Carmel Indiana Homes For Sale / Closed Sales For The Week Ending 11.10.12

It's about that time of year when we're going to see the fat man in the red suit wandering the 46033. No, not THAT fat man....I'm talking yours truly.  By next week about now I'll need to don the I.U. warm up and run the 17 mile border to our part of Carmel to lose the turkey.  Be sure to wave if you see me....or find someone to offer resuscitation.

Like my slowing mile time, the housing market in the 46033 is winding down it's seasonal push as we head towards December.  Just four new homes came on the market this week.  Here's the latest new home entries in the market for east Carmel: 5837 Arrowleaf in Lost Oaks at Haverstick, 598 Smokey Row Court in Cool Creek, 11753 Esty Way in the Townhomes on Hazel Dell and 3332 Beech Drive in Maple Acres. 

Closed sales this week were 5480 Grandin Hall Circle in Grandin Hall, 4998 Deer Ridge Run in ValleyBrook, 14236 Joshua in Foster Estates, 4351 Idlewood in Blue Creek Woods, 329 4th Ct E in Cool Creek North, 10910 Pleasant View in Keystone Woods,  & 5868 E. 126th in Plum Creek Farms. 

To date 510 homes have gone under contract in east Carmel compared to 449 on the same day in 2011.  Unless geopolitical issues move to the forefront, 2013 looks to be a promising year. Our federal legislators ALSO have a bit of work to do to ensure future economic stability as well.
