Nice.....

If you haven't seen this lately Brookshire Lakes has added a new entrance marker to the east Main Street neighborhood and it looks terrific.  I realize these things aren't inexpensive but most neighborhoods do not recognize what value there is from this type of a first impression.  I speak on this every year to associations about how mailboxes and entrance signs are the two things east Carmel neighborhoods can do to create the best impression possible for it's visitors.  Don't think it matters?  A ride along with me would convince you otherwise.  When you hear a future east Carmel resident say 'this neighborhood looks so run down...the mailboxes are ancient' you realize how important to home values things like signs and postage boxes are.  I'd encourage every neighborhood to give this some thought in their 2013 budgets (hint hint). east carmel indiana homes for sale, east carmel indiana neighborhoods, top selling carmel indiana realtor broker real estate agent, 46033
