The Carmel International Arts Festival has moved across several locations since it's origination here in Clay Township but none have been as good as the current spot in The Arts & Design District. It makes it's 2012 return this weekend and one of our personal favorite moments is the opening parade complete with the Chinese Dragon and it's colorful marchers. Two full days of great art, performances and FOOD will provide us with another year of great memories in this event. Did we mention there would be food?
