Search East Carmel Indiana Homes For Sale 46033 / Closed Sales For The Week of 8.17.2012

Fewer homes are coming into the market as we move towards Labor Day. At our peak we had roughly 20 new homes a week being listed for sale in the 46033 but this week but this week only nine new properties became available in east Carmel.  With the inventory remaining low compared to last year, the balance is still on the side of home sellers.  We'll give you the specific market activity below but first this week's trivia question that will win someone dinner at Kincaid's in Clay Terrace.  Here's this week's question: What year was Flowing Well Park opened on east 116th?  Send you answers by email or Twitter and Monday at NOON we'll draw a winner from all correct answers submitted....good luck!

There are currently 207 homes for sale in east Carmel compared to 287 one year ago today.  The market still needs more inventory for the number of buyers still looking to purchase property in the waning days of Summer, 2012.
