With a scant few days until school starts (yes I know I've used that video before but it's exactly how I feel), the housing market is shifting into Fall mode.  We'll give you the full list of the latest homes for sale in the 46033 along with the closed sales this past week but first our trivia question. To date 374 homes have gone under contract compared to 329 on August 10th of 2011.  There are currently 213 homes on the market in the 46033 compared to 261 on the same date one year ago.
