Plum Creek Farms has continued the recovery this year selling more homes as of August 1, 2012 than were sold in ALL of 2011. Ten homes have gone under contract in PCF compared to nine in all of the previous year. The average sales price has sank a bit but is more a function of which properties best fit the demand of the market rather than it being a statement about the value of the neighborhood. We'll have the entire Y-O-Y summary for Plum Creek Farms and all of east Carmel's neighborhoods just after New Year's Day in 2013.
