East Carmel Housing Update: Lake Forest

Lake Forest 2012 versus 2011 could be described in two words: nice comeback.  In 2011 only three homes were closed in LF which was still suffering from the hangover of the housing crash for some self inflicted reasons and for over all market reasons that couldn't be controlled.  To date in 2012, nine homes have gone under contract which demonstrates the rebound is on. At year's end we'll summarize the price points and overall market direction for this neighborhood but clearly the news will be good!
