East Carmel Housing Report: Plum Creek North

Plum Creek North is another neighborhood that will have an increase in units of homes sold in 2012 but because of the sample size and types of home sold within the subdivision, the average sales price may actually fall.  Fear not PCN neighbors. Nothing horrid has happened to your area, it's coincidence of circumstance.  In all of 2011, 11 homes closed in Plum Creek North.  Already in 2012, 7 have closed despite those being on the lower end of value in the neighborhood.  After 1/1/13, we'll go further in where the yearly values have gone in PCN to give everyone a better idea of how the area is trending.  In general, things are moving in the right direction.
