East Carmel Housing Report: Delaware Trace

Delaware Trace is quickly closing in on equaling the number of sales in the neighborhood in 2012 as it had last year.  The bigger news is that the average sales price has jumped which for an executive level custom neighborhood is a good sign of recovering value.  To date this year the DT average sales price is up over $30,000 from a year ago.  Granted it's a smaller sample but specifically in this style of neighborhood seeing that type of value increase is noteworthy and positive.
