As Carmel moves to a
voluntary water conservation mode today, more and more small tributaries like this one near the White River south of 126th are going dry. By some reports Carmel did get .45 of an inch of rain on Saturday June 30th but that seemingly has done little to keep the green in most areas with us being some 8+ inches of rain behind for the year. Despite us being on a very strong aquifer, we're all wondering when the next level of non essential water reduction will begin. With a dry week predicted ahead of us, it may be only a matter of time.
