I'm now convinced someone has erected a bubble over Carmel. For the third time in several days it rained to the north, west and south of us but as a mini storm cell approached from the west it seemed to part and pass around the 46033. As I drove across a small inlet off the White River south of 96th, the rain was falling steadily and giving the ground at least some water. The drive north of there gave us nothing, unfortunately. Points east in Hamilton County got rain, but not us. Once again we're seeing the drought creatures return to our front yards.
