What a difference 2012 has become from just one year ago. 290 homes are under contract or closed in the 46033 compared to 257 to this date in 2011 for an increase of 11.4% of units of housing sold this year. The lack of supply is still a huge problem down 16% in numbers of homes currently available in east Carmel compared to a year ago.
